Brut Origine is Mandois' classic non-vintage Champagne, crafted with distinction and finesse.
This exquisite non-vintage Champagne comprises a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier. It encompasses all the elements one desires from a Champagne: a full-bodied and creamy texture with gentle bubbles, an enticing aroma of yellow apples and citrus fruits, and characteristic Champagne notes of bread and biscuits on the palate. Mandois is a producer that approaches winemaking seriously yet embraces a relaxed approach to life. This attitude resonates in the wine, which exudes depth, quality, and a sense of celebration.
Brut Origine represents Mandois' classic non-vintage Champagne. This means that it is a blend of wines from multiple vintages, specifically three consecutive years in this case.
The blend consists of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 30% Meunier. All three grape varieties are among the most widely used in Champagne, and they are sourced from the estate's various vineyards. Several of these vineyards are classified as 1er Cru and Grand Cru, ensuring that only grapes from the finest vines are used in crafting this Brut Origine.
After aging for 36 months, a restrained dosage is added to achieve a touch of softness in the final result.
The outcome is a rich and creamy Champagne with gentle bubbles, pleasant toasted nuances, and hints of citrus, ripe berries, pineapple, and honey.
