The Muses Estate Clio, The White Muse is a fresh white blend of Assyrtiko (50%), Roditis (25%), and Savatiano (25%), named after Clio, the Muse of History. Sourced from bush vines planted in 1947 on the slopes of the Valley of the Muses at the foot of Mt. Helicon, this wine showcases rich aromatics. Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel to preserve pure fruit flavors before blending and brief aging. The result is a crisp, vibrant wine with zesty lemon, green apple, and a refreshing, mouthwatering finish.
