One of the secrets of Nordés lies in the albariño grape, which is used for its base spirit. This gives it a smooth aroma with notes of fruit and white flowers, the result being a pleasant and easy-to-drink gin. Its distinctive flavour is also the result of its 11 individually macerated botanicals, 6 of which grow wild in Galicia, namely sage, bay leaf, lemon verbena, eucalyptus, peppermint and glasswort, a plant found in coastal regions, which give it its balsamic aroma. A unique flavour which offers a real experience for the senses!
